We got a nice call from Jet Blue and they were very apologetic and are handling our situation in a very professional manner. Hopefully, they can begin to correct their problems.
Based on the telephone conversation and follow-up emails, I think I have faith.
Just curious...I wonder what others experiences with Jetblue have been? Positive? Negative?
